Wole Abegunde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing, banking, and the capital market. He served as the Group Managing Director of Meristem Securities Limited, a leading investment banking firm in Nigeria, where he drove the company's vision to be a distinct and preferred financial services provider.

Throughout his career, Abegunde has held notable positions, including Chairman of the Board at eTranzact, where he oversees the company's strategic direction. He has also held board positions in various organizations, such as Berger Paints Plc and Eterna Plc.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ilorin. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

In addition to his corporate roles, Wole serves as the Pro-Chancellor of Bowen University and is a council member of Elizade University. He is also an authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) where he once served as council member.With his wealth of experience and expertise, he continues to make significant contributions to the financial sector in Nigeria.
